The room is 3x3 plenty of space.
There is a spare bed frame if you need.
Also there is additional toilet and shower if you don't want to share.

I am flexible, let me know your arrangement, or happy to accommodate if you need some extra and to decor yr room.

Hi, welcome to your new future home whether you are short lease from education, working holiday or want to stay longer, it is up to you.

I am a young designer and a Christian living with my buddy dog (M-size). I have many interests including travelling interstates or overseas. Either I work from home or travel to regional for work.
My fav are Europe esp Schweiz, Japan, SE Asia in winter seasons.

Ideally you are chill, patient, handy who like furry animals (dont mind feeding her occasionally when i'm not home).
Responsible, can clean up after use.
Happy to share household chores (or don't mind) maybe fortnightly to keep our space clean and hygiene (Yes Covid). I am not 'friendly' to spiders, rats etc.
Pay on time and 4wks notice in advance if you are moving out.
Able to respect each others privacy or can communicate and share social events.
A Bonus having a great sense of humour to brighten the room.
