Description
We are looking for a quiet, clean and tidy housemate, preferably working or studying outside home.
We are a family of 3: 23 ( male, Student) 54 (female, Scientist) 65 (female, Counsellor) and a small, friendly dog.
Our lovely home is close to Coomera Westfields, train station, shops, restaurants and bus station. 15 minutes from the closest beach and 5 minutes from Dreamworld.
We offer a comfortable, spacious furnished single room. Bathroom is shared with the owner, shared kitchen with microwave is available, so is an outside breakfast area.
2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance required.
