It is 4 km from Westfield Plenty Valley, and we are also conveniently located 700 m from Mill Park Lakes Coles. Rent includes gas and water; electricity is paid separately. Unlimited internet is available and payable on a monthly basis. Ideal age is between 25 - 45. There are two vacuum cleaners for you to use, and a dryer. Also, one off-street parking spot is available directly in front of our house without cover. Plenty of space in the garage for you to store your bike. Only an hour’s drive away from the Melbourne CBD. Choose between Hawkstowe Railway Station (2 km) and South Morang Railway Station (4 km) for your daily commute. We are not short of fridge space; you will have a double-door fridge assigned to you to share with one other person. Everybody looks after their own part of the house. This prevents any need for a cleaning roster. Professional gardening service provided by the Landlord upon request. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and gas stove top. Just bring your own utensils, cutlery, plateware, cups and cookingware. People’s work hours vary here. Thus flexibility with shower and cooking times is a must.
